“I really think a champion is defined not by their wins but by how they can recover when they fall.” — Serena Williams
From the burst of speed on the track to the sharp reflexes at the table, my athletic path began with 200-meter sprints and competitive table tennis in high school. Over the years, I traded medals for mindfulness, discovering a new rhythm in tennis, a game of patience, strategy, and grace. Pilates and ballet later followed, sculpting not just my body but my discipline. Each movement, each match, is now less about victory and more about inner alignment. It is a lifelong choreography of strength, endurance, and elegance.
